The customer service was awful. I ordered a desk with them and asked for an invoice with a different invoice address and delivery address. After this request they mixed it all up and now the order will be delivered at the invoice address. I called them various times and all the employees I spoke with said they would fix it but I didn't hear anything. The delivery was planned for the next day, but clearly they didn't feel any urgency to help. Very disappointed and still have no idea when and where I will receive the desk.

It’s been around six months since I got my new desk and I generally feel in better health with lower levels of stress. I’m more productive and no longer sore or in pain at the end of a long day. Switching between sitting and standing a few times throughout the day avoids the feedback loop of stress caused by aches and pains. It’s so quick and convenient to switch between sitting or standing that it’s now second nature. If you are considering buying a height adjustable desk then now is the time. They are well worth the cost, which is extremely affordable, and can change your life. The only thing better than the quality and price of a Flexispot desk is their customer support! They have earned me as a loyal customer and I highly recommend them to anyone that will listen.

After a couple interactions with Flexispot support, I came to Mark who handled my issues quickly and politely. I had been waiting for an RMA code and return label for about a week when Mark was able to knock it out himself on the spot and provide me with everything I needed.

After unsuccessful payment I wasn't be allowed to retry it, and I couldn't use my promo code to simply make new order. Customer service didn't give any useful information, used template message without even changing placeholder on my name.

I highly recommend these products. I've purchased three adjustable desks - for both home and business - and have had positive experiences each time. Also, the 23.6" monitor is solid and looks really nice. A friend also purchased through FlexiSpot after trying out my setup and had a good experience.

Customer service has been great - from technical questions before the purchase (thank you, Neal Campo) to dealing with a minor defect on a shipped item, which Patricia Joyce handled professionally and expeditiously.

All three setups were within the last couple of months, so I don't have any longevity feedback.

Two of the same products appeared and I was helped to get a return label for the second item returned and get a refund. I am not sure how I ended up with 2 items as I ordered it through the company. I was glad to have someone help me with this problem
